chore(deps): update all dependencies to latest

Bump astro to 6.4.8, react/react-dom to 19.2.7, tailwindcss and
@tailwindcss/vite to 4.3.1, plus minor/patch updates for
@astrojs/react, @astrojs/sitemap, geist, @types/react, eslint,
eslint-plugin-n and prettier.
