Local search by tags, status, and sort
As per the documentation, a JSON file can be provided for local series details. The current UI displays the series information but does not allow filtering over it. This pull request allows filtering by genre and status. The status is obtained directly from the predefined possible status (eg cancelled, completed, ongoing) while the tags are all the possible genres provided in the local sources. So it will vary by user depending on what information they have in their library
