As noted in your Jan 2023 blog posting, the pinout of the tactile switch used for the reset switch did not match the mapping between the schematic pins and the PCB pins. The pinout you used, SW_TH_Tactile_Omron_BF-10xx, described in the datasheet at https://omronfs.omron.com/en_US/ecb/products/pdf/en-b3f.pdf, is better matched to the schematic symbol for SW_MEC_5E. Pins 1 and 2 are one side of the button, and 3 and 4 are the other side of the button. With this symbol and pinout, pin 1 on the pcb would be mapped to pins 3 and 4 on the schematic symbol, and pin 2 on the pcb would be mapped to pins 1 and 2 on the schematic symbol.
