[Feature] Add the ability to centre with "large" window but not "full" window

As a user it would be possible to centre a window by using the keybinding, and using the keybinding a second time (while the window is centred) will expand the window to 80-90% of a fully expanded centre window.

Note

When a screen has four (4) columns the "fully expanded centre window" is a full two (2) columns. There is no definition of a "fully expaned centre window" on a two (2) column layout (technically this would be just a full screen window).
