Replaces direct SQL logic in DocumentChunkingService with a new SqlServerChunkWriter class that handles chunk persistence and embedding generation. Chunk writing is now delegated via IngestionChunkWriter<string>, improving separation of concerns and maintainability. Updates DI registration accordingly. Also suppresses a CA1508 warning in MarkdownParser.
- Upgrade Aspire SDK and related packages; update AppHost to 13.2.2 - Add Aspire skill docs, .mcp.json, and aspire.config.json - Add markdown ingestion error repro scripts and test files - Fix MarkdownParser to process all ContainerInline nodes
