Description

The changes in this PR involved editing the INSERT query which was stated on the instatus documentation as it does not work because of this error seen in the screenshot below.

this list contains 37 items. but list of columns in line 43 contains 36 items

Kindly recount, from my first image we can se the documentation has 35 itemsin the values while the insert into has 36 items, which threw an error.
On readding an extra null, we complete that to make up to the 36 items. Note that 'MMMMMM d, yyyy', is one item (the 3rd item counting from behind)

indeed, it will become 36 items. it seemed to me that I counted 37 the last time

please take a look at this line, looks like it has 37 items

why 'true' is wrapped in quotes?

When true is not wrapped in quotes you receive a 'expected boolean received number error'

As you can see here:

The error is mainly associated with the 'useLargeHeader' item, so best to wrap it and the 'subscribebySMS' item in quotes
