vocabulary, consolidated in one document. Status: PROPOSAL — panel [!] RATIFY
WITH CHANGES (11 reviewers, 2026-06-11); all required corrections applied
(Sonnet65 RC-1..RC-4 + Fable5_1 R-A..R-L); awaiting delta-verification
(Sonnet65 + fable5_5), architect D1 decision ('by' family key) and §9
signature. 6 of 7 §8 decisions carry architect preliminary OK.

- P-0 Interactive simplicity = RANKING principle (tree->Draw-like; approval
  gate: 'did it make the user's life simpler?'); P-5 backend pass-through
  (dict tier = evaluation library's parameter names verbatim)
- Grammar: G-0 preservation invariant (forms valid today keep their meaning
  forever); R-1 scalar->vector; R-2 declared folds (selection AND, weights
