Will CS:GO compatible/Garry's Mod x86-64 headers ever be available? #260

According to the README:
"Unfortunately we cannot redistribute the additional code/headers needed to build Volt for games such as Garry's Mod which uses a different VPhysics interface (CS:GO's) to what is found in the Valve-provided public SDKs."

Is this still really accurate today? Counter-Strike 2 released in September 2023, almost two years ago - and completely replaced CS:GO. I'd make the argument even that CS:GO is one of the only games Valve really ever "killed off" in a sense, because they replaced it entirely with CS:2 and made a separate beta for CS:GO, something they haven't done for any of their other titles. I don't really see a reason for them to care about the headers anymore, or at least care about the headers required to build VPhysics-Jolt.

It would be really nice, given that the x86-64 is likely the future Garry's Mod will be going in (?), for this project to actually be self-buildable for that branch of the game. Additionally, when questioned about a potential future for this project in Garry's Mod (or any vphysics replacement for that matter), Rubat said this:
