Dynamically detect CUDA arch

Problem

Current build fails quietly when the GPU type is not the Ampere default supported by compute_87,sm_87.

This can be confusing at the build process will succeed but outputs are degenerate.

Solution

Automatically finds the right architecture on Linux.
