EE Debug Toolbar is compatible with [http://www.devdemon.com/updater/](Updater from DevDemon). For manual installation follow the below steps:

  1. Unzip the download
  2. Upload both folders the extracted folder to your ExpressionEngine third party folder usually located at: /system/expressionengine/third_party/
  3. Navigate to your Add-Ons management page and choose Extensions
  4. Select EE Debug Toolbar from the list and click install.
