Great project!
As I wrote elsewhere, what excites me about this project isn’t just the wow-factor. If it gains traction and matures, it could also become a strong alternative to SSH’s X forwarding. And what you see below is real. It is running Firefox, on Rocky Linux, in a VM on Bobcat. lol.

I believe, this one would suit better (a more polished version) if you want to add it to examples section:

However, you should probably note that the right mouse button isn't captured in VM and kbd input is not stable. (But these are expected I guess. Running a whole operating system with an advanced desktop in a terminal is "heresy" :)) )

Quick question though, how did you make the Term Everything session bigger/widescreen? I haven't had any success with resizing the window.

The option --virtual-monitor-size 1920x1080 works fine here. However ,there's always some empty area on the right. It is not 100% "fullscreen".
