+When reading EGI MFF files with :func:`mne.io.read_raw_egi`, event codes that carry a ``cel#`` key differentiating experimental conditions are now returned as compound codes (e.g. ``stm+_1`` and ``stm+_2``) so that trials from different conditions can be distinguished directly in :attr:`~mne.io.Raw.event_id`, by `Pragnya Khandelwal`_ and `Scott Huberty`_.
