Pyogrio error:

pyogrio.errors.DataSourceError: Failed to read GeoJSON data; At line 2, character 45923794: GeoJSON object too complex/large.

Run this country configuration:

      "PHL":
        subtype: "1"
        source: "geoboundaries"
        release_type: "gbOpen"

Expected behavior
This should be avoidable on the user's side.
