Add MCP developer tools to community projects

Description

Add five MCP developer tools to the community projects list:

• mcp-probe: CLI tool to probe and inspect any MCP server
• mcp-guard: Security scanner for MCP server tool manifests
• mcpindex: Searchable index and discovery tool for MCP servers
• mcp-compliance-lite: MCP spec conformance tester
• mcp-factory: MCP server scaffolding CLI

All tools are open-source, zero-dependency TypeScript tools for the MCP ecosystem.
