Summary

Adds 'Usage with Codex CLI' section to all reference servers that were missing it, aligning them with sequentialthinking which already had this documentation.

Changes

Added Codex CLI installation instructions to:

  • everything
  • fetch
  • filesystem
  • git
  • memory
  • time

Motivation

Codex CLI is a popular coding agent that supports MCP. Currently, only sequentialthinking documents how to add it via Codex CLI. This PR provides consistent documentation across all reference servers.

Example

codex mcp add memory -- npx -y @modelcontextprotocol/server-memory

- everything
- fetch
- filesystem
- git
- memory
- time

This aligns these servers with sequentialthinking which already had
Codex CLI documentation, providing consistent installation instructions
across all reference servers.
