Add AgentRank to community servers

Summary

Adds AgentRank to the Community Servers section.

AgentRank is a live-scored index of 25,000+ MCP servers and agent tools. It gives AI models real-time search across the MCP ecosystem — scored nightly from real GitHub signals (stars, freshness, issue health, contributors, dependents). The MCP server is a thin wrapper that proxies queries to the live index.

We've retired the third-party server list from the README in favor of the MCP Registry — see #3950 for context. The Official Integrations and Community Servers sections no longer exist in the README, so this PR no longer has a target.

Going forward, please publish your server to the MCP Registry using the quickstart guide:
