Summary

Adds asqav-mcp to the Community Servers section.

What it does: AI agent governance MCP server providing quantum-safe audit trails (ML-DSA-65/FIPS 204), policy enforcement, and threat detection. Works with Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Claude Code.

Key features:

• Tamper-evident audit trails with post-quantum signatures
