Regenerate the pnpm lockfile for the bump

Changing this manifest to require postcss 8.5.23 without updating pnpm-lock.yaml leaves the importer entry for apps/next-app-router/next-app-router-4000 locked to specifier: 8.5.10 / version: 8.5.10. In any fresh install or CI setup that uses the repository’s required pnpm frozen-lockfile flow, pnpm will reject the out-of-date lockfile instead of installing the bumped dependency, so this dependency update cannot pass installation until the lockfile is regenerated.
