Major update: videos, asymmetric layout, pill split animation

- Hero video: AI-generated floating pills scene (replaces Apple 1984 ad)
- Empire section background video
- All 5 sections now have their own video backgrounds
- Logo 3x bigger (200px) on hero
- Asymmetric left-aligned layout throughout
- Pill click: split-open animation with inner glow burst
- Pill hover: scale up + vibrate + intensified lighting
- Staggered channel cards with asymmetric grid
- Captions left-aligned at 8vw
