Hi, I am using this tool in vscode. I want to save my default configurations so that it can visualize the same style of proteins next time. Is is feature supported?

Hi @pengzhangzhi it's been on my mind for a while but currently, no, it's not supported and I'm not going to have bandwidth to implement it any time in the foreseeable future :(.

If you'd like to make a PR I'd be more than happy to support. I agree it would be a great feature.
