* origin/stage: Added the safe initial user creation, to avoid failing on the second run. Updated the workflow to avoid skipping the migrations data dir. Updated the dependencies with the migrations ONLY_FULL_GROUP_BY fix. Added the conditions to avoid errors when the update-all.sh is run inside of the image, where there is no git. Added the images cache mechanism to reduce the build time. Added the prepared monarc source code into the image container. Added the workflow to push images following on the stage branch push. # Conflicts: # composer.lock # scripts/update-all.sh
