This PR corrects the repository references in the release workflow from a personal development branch to the official mongodb-labs repository. The changes properly migrate the release infrastructure back to the canonical location.

The release infrastructure was still pointing at the (now-defunct) branch that I used to update the release code for DBX Ruby. This PR points it all back to the repository in mongodb-labs.
