impr(quotes): change em-dashes in English quotes to hyphens (@redfp)

Description

Changed all em-dashes without surrounding spaces to hyphens with surrounding spaces.

I did Ctrl-F — in English quotes and changed all instances where em-dashes were not surrounded by spaces. I came across this problem in quote 7669 and decided to fix others like it too.
