mk_pino's correction (2026-06-08), after I logged review #5's "AUDIT-SPRAWL" gap: this project continues precisely because the audit exists — the self-criticism is the engine of continuity. The audit is a 宝, not overhead.
Why: Like the 考える器官 never stops thinking, p-kernel never stops auditing itself, or it stops being alive. review #5 was right that the audit had fossilized into a versioned second product (philosophy-gap-audit v1..v8, ~2431 lines), but the fix is to converge the FORM (one living [[project_regions_architecture]] gap-ledger that only shrinks), NOT to stop the criticism.
How to apply: Keep running the standing self-audit every wave — add new gaps freely; the ledger only closes rows by sustained discipline, it has zero "stop auditing" condition. Never act like "we converged, audit no longer needed" — if I do, that's the error mk_pino is warning against. Distinguish: kill version numbers and bureaucracy, preserve the one-point self-criticism. Honest > green (see [[feedback_engagement_style]]).
