Lambda layer version is not updated to the latest one, but just to latest - 1

Hi,
I'm using your plugin so I can deploy easily my serverless functions and layers on AWS.
I've encountered a problem: my layer is not updated to the latest version, but the last but one.
Of course if I upload my app two times, I'll get the latest version on my functions.
I'm on serverless v3 by the way.
