Remove the redundant public Business Source License option; retain GPL-2.0-or-later.
Remove the custom license preamble. Per-file SPDX headers retain GPL-2.0-or-later identification.

Removes the redundant Business Source License option and restores an unmodified GPLv2
LICENSEfile. Existing source-file SPDX headers identify GPL-covered code asGPL-2.0-or-later(with any per-file exceptions preserved).Morpho Association can still grant separate licenses for code it owns when needed.
