build: bump lake-frontend pin to dev 93f5523 (#131)

v0.1.1 release CI used the pre-#131 lake-frontend SHA from
Cargo.lock; the resulting lakec inlined pure helpers
non-deterministically across modules with same-named functions,
so v0.1.1 of house was built with that broken lakec and SIGILLs
in cmd_lock__find_dep_line on any project that has a lake.lock.
Bumping the pin so the v0.1.1 re-tag (or v0.1.2) picks up the
actual #131 fix.
