switch to OCI registry (github package)

Goal: simplify user experience and provide releases the same way apps do

• It's an evolution rather than an issue.
• Using the github OCI instead of the git content, it's like you release a package.

How:
no need to add a helm repo anymore.

I like to make things simpler, so this sounds like a really great change!

Do you have experience with doing this? If yes, as far as I understand, we can do it with GitHub Actions, right?
