This is an empty module within Fenix. It is for a temporary feature which isn't required to be an android component.
This new switch in secret settings defaults to off. We don't want to accidentally lengthen foxes.

Some preliminary setup for adding longfox 🦊🟧🟧🟧🟧🟧🟧
There is a new module and a secret setting which defaults to off.
Adding these in will permit work to start on this without bothering anyone accidentally.
