Currently the omc experimenter onboarding docs live in confluence and despite positive feedback, most were not aware of its existence. It would make more sense for this to live on experimenter.info

In addition, as a nice to have it would likely be helpful to add more documentation on testing (nimbus devtools) and other feedback outlined.
