feat: Implement SwiftUI Support

Summary

• Implement MPRoktLayout which wraps the RoktLayout functionality and includes the mParticle attributes pre-processing. Also added some code around automatically setting sandbox. I can't remember if that functionality was asked for now? I thought it was @rmi22186 ?

Testing Plan

• Was this tested locally? If not, explain why.
• Still testing but wanted to put up a PR so I could get feedback on the implementation

Regarding sandbox - we shouldn't lose any support that we have for the non-swift UI implementation, so sandbox should be included here. I do not recall any conversation about not mapping it. The intent is to not have the developer pass sandbox and have it mapped from mParticle's environment.
