Replace inline standards-compliance job with the ci-security.yml reusable workflow. Adds Trivy filesystem scanning and Semgrep p/shell static analysis. CodeQL disabled (not supported for shell). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
