chore: remove st-validate-local scripts and references#486
Merged
Conversation
Delete legacy validation scripts (lint.sh, typecheck.sh, test.sh, audit.sh) replaced by st-validate. Update CLAUDE.md, README.md, PR template, and docs site to reference st-docker-run -- st-validate. MQ operational scripts in scripts/dev/ are retained. Co-Authored-By: wphillipmoore-claude <255925739+wphillipmoore-claude@users.noreply.github.com>
