Items 1/3/6/7 of the fleet refresh (epic mq-rest-admin-project/.github#14): marketplace -> vergil-claude-plugin; embed canonical CLAUDE.md template (+ vrg-docker-run -> vrg-container-run); ignore .vergil/; cd.yml release uses secrets: inherit. Hook guard (item 2) already via #147. audit COMPLIANT; vrg-validate passes. Refs #148.

Superseded by #152 (tracked by #151), which completes this same managed-config refresh (items 1/3/6/7) and additionally hardens the TLS handling flagged by the newly-enabled CodeQL/Semgrep scanners. #152 is CI green and CLEAN, awaiting human merge. This branch stalled on 2026-06-02 on that scanner blocker (single commit, no follow-up). Tracking issue #148 has been closed. Please close this PR as superseded (the agent's vrg-gh wrapper denies |
