drillHolesGrid.py - OffsetX not usable if a grid angle is set

known bug. Seems there is a equation error if using an offset up from second (and higher) rows and the grid should have an angle > 0.0

Current workaround inside code:
if (gAngle > 0.0): colOffsetX = 0.0
