Applied and merged specific updates from full version of this plugin, these features are now free:

- Added new methods for blueprints: Get/SetVolume for device id, GetDeviceId from device name
- Added fixes and improvements for architecture, refactoring code: replace pointers to TComPtr for COM interfaces
