✨ Center window with random offset #1124

Description

@ajdintbk

Feature Request Summary

When I center multiple windows, their shadows overlap and create a very dark area, which looks a bit messy. Additionally, when all windows are centered in exactly the same position, it becomes harder to access the windows underneath because they are completely covered.

Adding an option to slightly randomize the position of centered windows would create a more scattered layout. I personally find this useful, and it might be helpful for others as well.

Problem / Opportunity & Desired Solution

Problem / Opportunity:
When multiple windows are centered at the same position, they overlap completely. This causes their shadows to stack and create a visually distracting dark area. It also makes it difficult to access windows underneath because they are hidden behind the top window.

Desired Solution:
Add an option to slightly randomize the position of newly centered windows, introducing a small offset between them. This would create a more organized overlapping layout, make underlying windows easier to discover and access, and improve the overall visual experience.
