Diagnostic follow-up to #3999.
This does not change Harness execution, timeout values, or test pass/fail behavior. It only copies Device Farm's raw test-spec output artifacts and prints them when Device Farm reports the test step as failed.
Why:
visioncamera.controller.harness.ts.00000-Test spec output.txt/00001-Test spec timestamped output.txt, which are the artifacts most likely to contain the wrapper-level failure reason.
