What this PR does / why we need it:
Two example values files demonstrating how to wire a complete model-selection pipeline:
examples/inflight-values.yaml: model-selector + inflight-requests-scorer+ max-score-picker.examples/avgttft-values.yaml: model-selector + avg-ttft-scorer+ max-score-picker.Note: requires #24, #25, and #26 to be functional at runtime.
