I have two laptops with the operating system of Windows 10 LTSC 2021. When I tested it with LTSC 2024, it worked normally. I guess it's due to the version of the operating system.

I have a similar issue. Seems that v15.2.0 silently drops compilation without producing an output binary. Downgrading to v14.3.0 seems to have fixed the issue for now.

I am using Windows 10 LTSC 2021 as well
