feat: improve home screen widget

This PR enhances the functionality of the home screen widget.

• The number of items displayed has been increased.
• Scrolling has been added if it does not fit into the frame.
• Filtering by hashtag has been added.
• A manual refresh button has been added.
• Added a widget configuration activity to set the hashtag filter, show only pinned items and set the maximum number of items to show.

Only English and German translations are available. The others are missing.

This PR was partially created using AI. All code has been reviewed and tested to ensure it works.
