Fix folder-input plugin

With the latest Fiji/scijava updates, the template-matching-folder plugin was not working properly.
This is now fixed and is the latest version as on the Fiji update site.

Fix directory structure

The github repo was not exactly matching the files on the update site

• renamed the directory Fiji to Fiji.app
• add the missing __init__.py to jars/Lib/Multi-Template-Matching

This release can be used for manual installation, the previous ones were not due to the missing __init__.py

Dont duplicate stacks

In previous versions, when running the search on a stack the full stack was duplicated in memory before the search.
This was not optimal for large stacks and was increasing the processing time.
This is no more the case, only the current slice is duplicated.

Also added version Tag to GUI to match GitHub releases versions.

Minor UI changes

• Use slider for score and overlap threshold
• Renamed "Expected number of templates" to "..of objects" -> This will impact macro recorded with previous version
