Keep getting exec format error for the multiarch/qemu-user-static command

$ uname -m
arm64
$ docker run --rm --privileged multiarch/qemu-user-static --reset -p yes
WARNING: The requested image's platform (linux/amd64) does not match the detected host platform (linux/arm64/v8) and no specific platform was requested
exec /register: exec format error
