refactor: `Share` variant with `x` and without `x` coordinate

#14 adds share variant with and without x coordinate as feature flags.
Making the Share variant part of the struct as generic will be cleaner. SecretSharing<Poly, WithX> or SecretSharing<Poly, NoX>.
