Split from #4729. Label for the GSN Reputation Registry contract erd1...0ht8j7.

Ownership/signature note: asset owner is our 2-of-3 xSafe multisig erd1qqqqqqqqqqqqqpgq7pceh6mvdtkfqwxdnsrcdnxzu22awhtrkgjqn2qtru (self-owned smart contract), which cannot produce an ed25519 message signature, so check-signature cannot auto-resolve a signable owner. We post a signature of the latest commit sha from the project's deployer/operator wallet erd1c83tgujs47scafsu7kyt0myxeg50aw5lzxm47y73ue45ktzfkgjq8m3fae as proof of control - please verify manually or advise your preferred flow for multisig-owned assets.
