Clear-RecycleBin -Forceis being correctly invoked during execution. Also correctly updated test mocks and stub functions across the board to ensure parameter checks succeed and to remove test pollution from system paths.✨ Result: Test coverage is now complete for step 1 of the cleanup process, guaranteeing that recycle bin cleaning won't regress without being caught by tests.
