Description with steps to reproduce

When I upload a new or revised sheet music score onto musescore.com from MS 3.62 using the "Download" tab on the website, it uploads OK but I get a big blank box on the screen (see image). I can close it by clicking the X at the top right, but then I have to go to musescore.com to enter all the written data. I still use 3.62 because the 4.0 program does not include a way to edit hairpins or dynamics marks. I use edits all the time.

Not sure what you mean about being able to edit dynamics or hairpins - MU4 has a very comprehensive set of editing tools. So you might want to ask for help with that on the official support forum at musescore.org. Anyhow, bugs in older versions aren't fixed unless also reproducible in the current version. But it also seems this might be an issue with the musescore.com website and not with MuseScore Studio, in which case yoou would need to report it to the support team over there on that site.
