Make text/lyrics cursor more visible

Your idea

Make the cursor more visible when picking text/lyrics. It currently is a very thin vertical line that is the same color (blueish) as the picked text and can be very difficult to see. This is even more problematic for aging eyes.

Problem to be solved

The text/lyrics cursor currently is a very thin vertical line that is the same color (blueish) as the picked text (see attached picture where 1st H in THOUGH is the cursor location) and very difficult to see. I would like to make the cursor thicker and perhaps a different color to make it stand out more.

Prior art

Finales' cursor was much more visible than MuseScores'.

This is expected to improve in 5.0. See this issue. The cursor will also blink. :) (see this issue)
