Support repeating range selection within tuplets

Your idea

Currently, it is possible to repeat either a single note, or multiple individual notes, within a tuplet:

But it is not possible to repeat a range selection (not sure the technical term) within a tuplet, even if the selection consists only of notes that would otherwise be repeatable:

It would be really nice if at least these simple cases could be supported.

Problem to be solved

It's a bit painful because there is no keyboard accessible way to select the multiple individual notes.

So for example, if you want to create a series of FA chords (as in the diagram above) with 8th notes, you can create the first chord, then press shift-up, shift-down to select the whole chord, then R.

But if you wanted to do that with keyboard within a triplet, I don't think you can. (Or you'd have to do a different workflow, like create the A's, select them all, then add a third below to create the F's).

Basically it would be nice if tuplets had more of the full functionality of other notes.

Just noting that having looked at the code now, I can at least see the limitation: repeat for range selections is implemented as a copy/paste. And copy (not to mention paste) is not supported for notes within tuplets.

So to progress this, presumably either copy has to support tuplets, or repeat has to (at least in this case) not use copy.
