- add --playlist to play from a named pool defined in config (works on macos and wayland)
- add --shuffle-every to rotate from the pool at a fixed interval (macos only, wayland errors)
- crossfade between two avplayers with a gaussian blur
- keep playback alive when occluded (window level, nsactivity, stall waits)
